Our story began in 2011 when George started fixing washing machines and other household appliances. With the help of his wife, Holly, what began as a small project quickly grew as they sourced, repaired, and sold appliances locally from the front of the GB factory. These humble beginnings laid the foundation for what would eventually become GBappliances LTD.

As a small, independent family-run business, we’ve always been committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and personalised service. In 2014, we officially became a limited company, opening the door to exciting growth and expansion. Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with trusted suppliers, allowing us to increase our capacity to source and sell high-quality appliances. By 2016, we had grown so much that we took over the entire factory unit, welcoming a talented team to meet the rising demand for our products.

As our business evolved, so did our services. We began processing customer returns for some of the biggest names in the industry, diversifying and strengthening our business model. We also expanded our online presence via eBay, making it easier to reach and serve customers across the UK.

In 2020, we took another exciting step by opening GB Home & Garden on Kettering High Street, expanding our brand to offer a curated selection of home décor, garden accessories, and much more. Today, we proudly operate two thriving locations: GBappliances and GB Home & Garden, each offering a unique selection of products to meet your needs.
