Do you give a warranty on your products?Absolutely - all of our products will come with a warranty period. Our household appliances will come with up to 12 months, all other products vary so check with a member of the team.

I'd like to buy a home appliance - when can I get it delivered?We’re pretty flexible and will do our best to work around you. We try our best to offer next day delivery and give you a delivery time slot. Our delivery team will then call when they’re 30 mins away from you.

Can I buy online and pick up in-store?Yes, we offer click-and-collect. You can order online and choose to pick up from our Factory showroom or High Street store.

What is your return policy?In-Store Purchases: You can return most in-store purchases within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in unused condition with the original receipt. If the product is faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as per your preference. Online Purchases: For items purchased online, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please contact us to arrange a return, and we’ll guide you through the process. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

How do I check the availability of a product?You can check the availability of a product by contacting us on our website, calling us at 01536 529831, or visiting us in-store. If a product is out of stock, we may be able to order it for you.

Do you offer appliance disposal services?Yes! We offer appliance disposal services for an additional fee. When you purchase a new appliance from us, we can take away your old one and ensure it is disposed of properly. Please ask our team for details.
